Conducted in a purpose-built altitude room, our EMS @ Altitude training classes combine simulated altitude training and wearable EMS (electro muscle stimulation) technology for maximum fat burning and muscle toning. These classes mimic the conditions of training in a high-altitude environment by challenging your cardiovascular system and energy production.

Just 30 minutes in our EMS @ Altitude room is equivalent to 3 hours of conventional training, making it the most time-efficient training available in Brisbane! Plus, you’ll burn 300% more calories long after your session has finished.

We also take cleanliness very seriously and offer only small group and one-on-one training sessions in our altitude room. As a premium medi-clinic and boutique training studio, we adhere to strict Covid-19 and industry-recommended health and safety practices. All equipment and EMS suits will be sanitised after every session.
